It seemed very fitting that Dennie's first game should be between LA and Chicago. At one point Mark turned to me and said, "whichever team wins that's where we are going to live" (even though we already made our decision and the Cubs were leading througout the game but still a good story)....so Chicago here we come :-)

Hope you enjoy these great videos of Dennie playing around. He is exploring new sounds and rolling his tongue around a lot. Must feel strange to have some teeth in his mouth. He is also doing this adorable new sniffle laugh which we caught part of in the video.

We went to Dennie's 9 month Dr. appt on Friday. The Dr. is very happy with his growth and progress. He weighs 18 lbs 8 oz (10-25%) and 28 inches (50%). He had to have a shot and again he amazed the nurses by not crying and proceeding to laugh hysterically when the nurse tickled him. It was very funny. We love that he still has a lot of rolls in his legs to cushion those shots :-)

Daddy Day Care

Dennie & Daddy had their first weekend on their own. They had a great time and enjoyed spending some quality father and son time together.

9 months old

Dennie is 9 months old today! Its hard to believe the year is flying by. So much has changed and we are relishing every moment. Bath time has gotten a lot more fun now that Dennie can sit up and splash. Here is a peek at bath time...
