Beach Buddies

We went to the beach on Saturday down the street from our house. It was a beautiful day and so much fun to see Dennie and Cousin Will playing together.

Dennie is absolutely in love with his Daddy. He wants to do everything Mark does and follows him everywhere.

He loves going to the park with him

Last weekend, Nonna hosted a party to celebrate the upcoming arrival of Baby #2. It was a wonderful day celebrating with family & friends.

We are 36 weeks pregnant today and going strong! The baby is doing great and we are all getting ready for his or her arrival!

Festival Fun!

So many festivals....so little time! Last weekend, Dennie, Uncle Russell, Nonna, & I went to Mayfest, a German beer festival, which was named Chicago's best festival this year.

As you can see someone had a REALLY good time

Welcome Baby Simon!

Dennie has another new cousin to play and grow up with. Simon Benjamin Knight was born on Tuesday, June 1st, 2010. He was 6lbs. 1 oz and 18 1/2 inches. He is a beautiful healthy boy and we are so excited to welcome him into the family.

Dennie got to meet his new cousin on Saturday when they came home from the hospital. He was very gentle and sweet with Simon (and even posed for the picture).
