Before school started we took one more trip to Aspen, it was a long car ride but when we go there the beautiful scenery made up for it. It was a fun family trip. We explored the town, went for a hike, and took a gondola ride. The gondola ride was by far the highlight of our trip, it was a gorgeous day and so amazing at the top. Then in typical Colorado fashion a storm blew through out of nowhere. They shut down the gondola and we were stranded in the lodge for a couple of hours. It wound up being quite an adventure and a very fun memory!
